My career started from the age of 20 where I started developing my skills in restaurant kitchens and for me, it was a gateway into learning and becoming more creative with different ingredients. Even though the days were long and tough, I can honestly say it has been the most rewarding experience. I have had the honour to work with some amazing pastry chefs over the years.
